AE Artist Tahlia Jade just completed a run on ‘Javeenbah Theatre Companys‘ production of Accomplice. 

Described as a part murder mystery, part sex farce, Accomplice is set in an English country house in the 1970′s.

Director Nathan Schulz found Tahlia “a very talented and confident actress with great comic timing.

Funny Man Col Elliott joins Red Billabong cast

Talented and hilarious Col Elliott has been added to the star studded cast for ‘Red Billabong’.

Col has been entertaining Australian’s for over 40 years and is known for ‘A Funny Way To Make A Living’.

Sparke films have just announced that Col will also be joining Felix Williamson and John Reynolds for the action-thriller ‘Red Billabong’.

The project is represented by the international sales agent Manifest Film Sales/Intandem Films in the UK.

The film will be packaged and sold at the upcoming American Film Market.

LEAD ROLES for Australian Thriller ‘Red Billabong’

AE Actors have landed lead roles in the much anticipated feature film ‘Red Billabong’ (Sparke Films), currently shooting on the Gold Coast and Hinterland.

Jessica Green stars as Rebecca, and Sophie Don as Anya, alongside Aussie heartthrobs Dan Ewing and Tim Pocock.

THE PLOT: In the Australian Outback, two brothers discover old secrets and family lies. As their friends start to go missing they fear they are being stalked by someone or something from their worst nightmares – But is it just – A story? A legend? A hoax? Or is it real?

Filming has just wrapped on the Gold Coast for the filming of ‘Yesterday Is History’, with a strong presence from our AE Artists!

Carly Rees featured as ‘Gwen Dolson’, whilst Pia O’Connell as ‘Mrs. Dolsen’ and Amie Jenkinson as an ‘Australian Nurse’.

Sean Curran featured as an ‘Older Farmhand’, whilst Wade Boyes was cast as ‘English Soldier’ stuntman.

Keep an eye out for episodes 1 and 2 of the historical TV Pilot ‘Yesterday Is History’, as Sophie Don plays the lead role of ‘Marjorie Phillbrook’.

The budding TV Pilot was produced by the renowned Sparke Father-Son duo, following their recent success with the ‘34th Battalion’ Feature Film.

‘Yesterday Is History’ is a compilation of real life poignant stories from individuals, sharing their emotions and accounts.
