Jonathan Serafino
Jonathan is an Australian-born Actor with Italian and Uruguayan roots. His multicultural ties give him a unique lens through which he approaches his craft. Having completed a business degree and 7 years in investment management, Jonathan discovered he was yearning for expression through the creative arts.
Jonathan made his theatre debut in 2021 with two short plays for Sydney’s Short and Sweet Theatre Festival, before commencing formal training at the Actors Centre Australia where he graduated in 2024. During his time at ACA, various roles included Jake in Banging Denmark, Gayev in The Cherry Orchard, Demetrius in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Marco in A View from the Bridge. Since, Jonathan has played multiple characters in Caryl Churchill’s Ice Cream with Hot Fudge at the Substation Theatre by Qtopia (2024), and Peter in Stags and Hens at the New Theatre (2025).
